With the exception of linen, all
other equipment must be returned clean. An extra charge
will be made for any equipment returned unclean.
We charge for time out,
not time used.

Orders cancelled within 24
hours, no refunds.

before scheduled pickup or delivery: 50% of total bill
-From 48 – 72 hours
before scheduled pickup or deliver: 25% of total bill
We offer an optional insurance
against damage or breakage. This waiver is non-refundable.
It does not cover negligence, equipment left in the rain, or
missing equipment, therefore damaged items must be returned to
us.
