COMPANY POLICIES
1. All rates
f.o.b. for Friendly Rental nearest your job-site. Deliveries are
an extra charge. Please call for specific quotation.
2. All rates
subject to N.J. sales tax.
3. Our rates are
based on an 8-hour day, 40-hour week, 160-hour month. A double
shift job is one and one half times standard rate; triple shift is two
times the standard rate.
4. All items with
fuel capacity of one gallon or less are furnished with a full tank of
fuel at our expense. All items with fuel capacities greater than
one gallon are sent out full, and the customer is charged for the fuel
used.
5. All of our
rates are based on a time out and not a time used basis. No credit
is allowed for holidays or other periods of non-use. Adjustments
for breakdown time are allowed only if such incidents are reported at
time of occurrence and approved by the manager
6. All charges
are on a cash on delivery basis with deposits varying with the item..
Open Account Status is available subject to the approval of a credit
application. Terms are net 30. A balance over 60 days past
due will be subject to a finance charge.
7. Friendly
Rental offers Damage Waiver coverage at a cost of 10% of the gross rental
amount. This added insurance covers any physical damage to the
equipment, excluding damage due to customer neglect or misuse. The
plan does not cover missing equipment of theft.
8. Purchase of
Equipment: Occasionally some of our rental stock is available for
sale. Purchase of new equipment require a 50% deposit at time of
order and balance in full at time of delivery. Customers with an
open account will receive net 10 days on all sales.
9. Tire
Damage: All flats and tire damage are the Renters
responsibility. If you request it, we will make arrangements to
repair a tire, then pass the charge on to your.
